They've rebranded as V.P.o.V.W. (Vanishing Point of View Wrestling). So far they have done an amazing job of getting the new image over. I have heard rumblings that they are looking for a Veterans of Foreign Wars Post to have their next mega event at. This event will be called V.P.O.V.W.P.L.P.W.L.A.V.O.F.W.P. |

Yeah, and you know Everything? Rick replied to the ?, and such. You love to start shit up don't you? POVW and PGW are two different promotions. I have no clue what their "relationship" is, other than they use a lot of the same talent, and such. I wish them both the best. |
i do love to stir shit up. i firmly believe PGW will be what CCW should of been and i thnk peoples point of view will be PGW kicks POV's ass.
controversy creates cash.... wcw and wwf went at it for years.... and eventually, one overcame the other. we shall see who eats who. |

This isnt about "who eats who". POV is one persons dream to run a promotion. Its not as smooth as PGW, yes, but that isnt a reason for a "competition" between the two of them. Im sure if you asked Rick and Lou and Vito and everyone involved, they dont want to "one up each other", just establish their own promotions.
I am glad I told you that time to contact PGW tho for the camera work. You do a really good job, and Thats something POV will need too. Maybe once they start rerunning, someone out there will help. |

It always great to get an "unbias" opinion from another hardcore resident "expert". How's MXW doing? |
MXW isn't doing too well. They had a poor business model, and spent too much money on talent. Simple as that.
My opinion is extremely accurate and NOT biased on this issue. They r two different promotions, who run differently. Its as simple as that. And don't talk bout Bias on this board. Theres plenty of that both for and against certain promotions and wrestlers on here. End of discussion.
Hopefully you fans will support both POV and PGW, as well as other promotions you choose too, when you have the opportunity. Thank you for your time and attention on this matter. |

i've been to both shows. POV a little more than PGW to start off with. And, I like PGW better.
pov was fun, and i enjoyed myself, but it was getting to be the same stuff EVERY show. PGW is trying to improve, get bigger names on the card, bigger venues, etc.
so, there's no bias there, i just enjoy pgw more. that's all. |

yes we can.

Eventhough your posts aren't always accurate or fair I still am interested in hearing your opinion and comments and responding in kind. My post is not a response to you Ghost it's to Cable Guy Fanatic.
I seen both POV and PGW and like both baby feds. PGW is better organized but POV has potential as long as they don't use retread wrestlers from other feds.
There were numerous other problems with MXW other than their business model but that's another post for another time. |

Stalker. you let the guy breathe? hehe. you are EVERYWHERE w him basically. Gotta be careful there. people may start to talk.ha..
Good reply tho, and I think once POV runs more consistently, they will be more well rounded, and it is a fun promotion tho.
Wilds, I apologize for thinking you were calling me out on that. Ive been called out plenty, and at times deservedly, didnt think so there. |

atleast my stalker is a female and is attractive.....
anyways, i was just trying to stir the pot, and i did exactly that, as now, people are talking, fighting and making cracks at each other. quite entertaining.
mxw would of been fine of joel gertner didnt try and make it ECW part II within 5 months, get kicked out of venues, and write rubber checks. PGW isnt doing that and is relying off of home grown and local talent. |

The first part, yeah, no argument there, but to my knowledge you were never stalked before by anyone.
Yep, entertaining indeed, to a degree, long as it doesnt go overboard.
Yeah, PGW has an excellent game plan and is doing really well. But, this is a POV thread overall. and I hope they can make a good go of it startign w the toys for tits show, and then a pretty regular run. Can never have too much CT (yes, Not Ct. Double F) wrestling, to save on gas and such things. |

I like both POV and PGW. Both are well run, maybe PGW just a tad smoother, but POV was getting better with each show. Rick has done a phenominal job with it. I thought I saw somewhere they were taking a break until January. |

I don't know ghost. I remember POVW trying to do 50 cents burgers and dogs. I also remember laughing at how absurd it was. I mean why did POVW do 50 cent burgers? To lose money? Or maybe it was to stick it to a rival promotion

Yeah, I remember that , and it was a mistake. Several people, including myself, told Rick that wouldnt have been smart.
Someone told me that there may be issues w the two promotions not getting along. I hope thats not the case, as we've already seen that "stuff" in Ct before w other ones. And The "This one is better than that", my promotion is better than yours stuff is for the birds. So, e'one trying to cause a promotional war, go away, and enjoy your lives. as you should Im sure.
