They joined the same day and post the most of anyone I’ve seen on here. I’m sure you’ve read something they wrote by now. So I ask: whose posts provide more independent wrestling insight. Being very serious - which one posts the better opinions, observations and perspectives on this site?

When enforcer isnt stirring up trouble, he posts a ton of factual info, info on shows, upcoming events, and, has a lot of valid opinions.
When GG isnt talking out of his ass or being jealous, he also could contribute to this forum.
Overall, i feel enforcer contributes much more information, IMO. |

Enforcer provides much better information about snowfall in upstate NY, and posting classic media.
GG provides better information on weird science stories and amateur baseball. |

Well, I wasn't going to reply on this, but will now..
First off, its a stupid thread, because most everyone has valid contributions on here. For some, its more of a comical nature, than about wrestling itself.
Second, I feel enforcer does contribute a lot, esp in the videos and his knowledge of old time wrestling, which I love. I feel also that I contribute a lot too.
Far as being jealous and talking out of my ass, FF, you have been down that road too, at least the second part, so keeping personal stuff out of this thread should have been important.
I may not always like enforcer, or Shawn, or anyone else at times, but we all contribute a good portion of the time, which helps to keep this as a lively board most of the time, and useful as well. |
11-24 WWE Raw
12-5 PGW
12-6 NEW
12-13 ECCW Sourbridge tbd
12-29 Uconn Hockey vs Air Force

1-10 FRW womens doubleheader show (tbd)
1-11/12 JACK IS BACK season seven.

Everybody here contributes? I think you may be stretching that one a tad.
Both of you contribute. Both of you also have a style that can drive certain individuals to drink on many occasions. Of course...so do I. |

I think both contribute. I give the edge to Ghost. He's much more civil and tolerant of others. |

1) Civility and tolerance have nothing to do with how informative someone is. Some of the most radical members of society are also among the most informative. While sometimes I take issue with and think people go too far or take too much pleasure at ripping others apart, the civilly disobedient are responsible for the formation of this country.
2) Ghost can be just as angry as Enforcer some days...it just comes out more as Grouchy Old Man-itis as opposed to Enforcer's Impudent-Whelp-itis as opposed to my Bitter Used Up Old Hack-itis.
I am reminded of the words of a former employee of mine (who crawled into the woods and shot himself 3 or 4 years ago in the dead of winter)...
"I suck, you suck, we all fuckin' suck".
I smile every time I remember that phrase...depressing as the guy who told it to me ended up. The truth is...we all fucking suck sometimes. Remembering that keeps you level, as long as you can live with it.

MAV, that's HORRIBLY depressing. Sorry to hear about your employee. Very sad. |
The unfortunate end result of a life of drinking and drugs. I can't say I feel sorry for him because...
1) He's dead, and it wouldn't do him any good.
2) When you live that sort of lifestyle for so long...it's very rare it doesn't consume you.
It may sound rather cold, but he made his choices and they killed him. It wasn't tragic; it was an inevitable end result of self abuse. I see it all too frequently between wrestling and my roofing company. Hey, I made my own stupid choices early in life, but was (just barely) bright enough to catch wake up and see that at the end of that road I was barreling down full speed was a brick wall.
That doesn't mean I don't miss him from time to time. The true sad part is that he was a very sarcastically funny, intelligent guy…kind of like Enforcer. I get more sad over the wasted potential than anything else. |

Well I submitted this poll because I thought it would be interesting to see what people thought. So many users interact with these two. Me personally, I admire both of their posts (when they are in good moods – lol). Ghost does some great interviews and reviews of shows and Enforcer strong point is his willingness to put naive posts in their place. Enforcer brings some respectability to some of the users more outlandish comments, which in turn forces other readers to post about the topic from a different view.
My one question for both Gray Ghost and Enforcer – how did you both sign up on this site the same day? Are you guys good friends and one told the other to sign up one day? |
