I am watching the nitro era right now on WWE 24/7 where WCW used a LOT of bogus stings.... as i also recall, TNA did the same.... so, what is your favorite bogus sting?

well the first one,Cobra,Jeff Farmer sure fooled me. he was over big in Japan,good for him.

The Windham one was in '90. Jeff Farmer didn't do his NWA Sting gimmick until '96. But yeah, I think Farmer is the only other one I remember.

agreed but Barry Darsow, Kevin Nash were good too. Only thing close to Windham was Jeff Jarrett.

good job w the names, unless u guys looked it up, as I would have had to in this case..haha. I thought of the "bogus Black Scorpions" when they had the Scorpion going after Sting.

I can nwever forget those times so no need to look them up. Darsow was so bad with the wig that kept falling off and Nash is too tall. Jarrett looked so much like him though that it was scary as was Windham but he was also too tall.
