According to a report found at news-journalonline, former WWE and ECW wrestler Justin Credible is now working at the Olive Garden in Waterbury, Connecticut as a bread stick maker. Credible was last heard working at Target, and is now full time with the restaurant.

SO LET THE JOKES BEGIN!

Why would people make fun of a person for getting a job? Good for him.

Insulting someone on hard times?

That's not just insulting
That's not just low,
That's just inhumane... Sad

I actually agree with Orton on this one. Unemployment is at an all time high here in the State of Maine.

He was in the WWF/E, had a great run in ECW, and now has to get a secondary job to support his income and supplement his family.

I don't hear anyone making fun of MAV for being a roofer.

Oh there's some people on here who like to make fun of Justin Credible for working at Target.

Seriously, it would be funny if it was some bum actor or something. But everyone needs to support themselves and their familes.

Making fun of him or anyone else for working a job like this is just mean beyond the norm.

No jokes from me.

None for me either. Give the guy credit for making an honest living. It's rough these days - I'm trying to find a full time job during the day so I can finally close my day care. It's tough out there for sure.

Two things I'll never make fun of someone for:

1. Their Job
2. Their Injuries

Unless both are really really funny and they're able to laugh at them too.

EDIT: OR if they did something INCREDIBLY stupid to get injured.

I don't get this either. I guess the point is. that when someone who was a "star" in any sport/entertainment, loses that level of stardom, that ANY job less than that is no good..

To me, like all of you have said..thats FUCKING STUPID. Any job that pays is good, who should give a damn..

I love the Olive Garden. Its one of the nicer of the chain restaurants. If he can work 40 hrs a week plus still take some bookings..... id say that's pretty darn good. I never got the joke about him working at Target.... most ALL wrestlers who arent in WWE, TNA or ROH need to have some other type of income.

Double Double Shots to finish 2008!

12/5 - PGW in East Haven, CT
12/6 - NEW in Waterbury, CT
12/13 - JAPW in Rahway, NJ
12/14 - CHIKARA in Philadelphia, PA
12/27 - The "Final" Battle in 2008 (Very Tent)
1/10 - I finally come to FRW! Rochester, NH

All the big chain restaurants do things assembly-line style. It's why their food has no "soul" to it.

What is there not to belive, if you go back in the thread it pretty much explains everything. He's being a "Normal" person not a superstar he works at olive garden. He is making money to support his wife and kids. i think that is the most important thing, hes not out DRINKING or doing drugs hes doing something with his life,Besides wrestling

I think emoref is just a tad reactionary when Justin Credible is brought up in conversations where there are negative connotations involved.

Soooo we're marks for:

  • Not knocking the fact he needs a job

  • Talking about breadsticks

  • and calling you out on your knee-jerk reactions.

Okay, mark me up then. Rolling Eyes

There's a REASON you picked the moniker "emo ref": you bring that "I'm taking my mascara and going home!" attitude to the table and start flipping out over something as mundane as a breadstick discussion.

I don't even see a point to this. Are there really that many people interested in where he is working and what he does there.
and I could understand why emoref would be reactionary when someone he respects is brought up on this board because there are quite a few posters who don't seem to have anything better to do than insult people.
He should be able to live his life like everyone else. Why knock someone who is making an honest living and supporting his family
