August 28th: There were two matches in August that absolutely stole the show they were on. Now the rematches will take place at "Glory By Honor VII" on September 20th in Philadelphia. September 7th: Kensuke Sasaki made history by defeating Takeshi Morishima on 9/6 at Budokan Hall show to become the new GHC Heavyweight Champion. This makes Sasaki the only man in history to hold the New Japan's IWGP Title, the All Japan Triple Crown and NOAH's GHC Championship, which are the three most prestigious belts in Japan. Sasaki will wrestle Roderick Strong at ROH's 9/14 event in Tokyo and Claudio Castagnoli at ROH's 9/20 card in South Philly. The legendary GHC Heavyweight Champion is coming to ROH!!!

September 7th: ROH officials are making their final preparations before leaving for Tokyo, Japan this week. The hype is taking over Japan as ROH officials and wrestlers will have featured interviews on Samurai TV this week. This will be an especially big weekend for ROH World Tag Team Champions Jimmy Jacobs & Tyler Black. Both Jacobs and Black will be making their debuts in Japan on this tour. Not only is it a chance to spread their message worldwide, but they have a chance to claim all the power in ROH. Jacobs & Black will defend the ROH World Tag Team Titles against Jay & Mark Briscoe on 9/13 at Differ Ariake. If AOTF retain then The Briscoes will have to work their way up the ranks to get another title shot and there is no telling when that will happen. 9/14 in Tokyo will see Jacobs challenge Nigel McGuinness for the ROH World Title. Jacobs will have the biggest platform possible to spread the word of the AOTF if he wins the World Title and holds half of the World Tag Team Titles. Tomorrow (Friday) will see ROH tape PPV #9 when it returns to Boston at the Case Gym on the beautiful Boston University Campus on 285 Babcock Street with a zip code of 02215. Then on Saturday ROH returns to Philadelphia, but this time the show will be at the historic New Alhambra/former ECW Arena on 7 Ritner Street with a zip code of 19148. September 22nd: The third qualifying match for "Survival Of The Fittest 2008" on 10/10 in Coral Springs, FL has been signed. Jimmy Jacobs will take on Florida's own Erick Stevens. September 22nd: Adam Pearce defeated Brent Albright to capture the NWA World Heavyweight Championship last Saturday when ROH presented "Glory By Honor VII" in Philadelphia in a very competitive match. The win now gives Sweet & Sour Inc. more leverage as they control the NWA World Heavyweight Title and the FIP World Heavyweight Title held by Go Shiozaki. Super agent Larry Sweeney is starting to flex his muscle and has sent several demands and warnings to the ROH offices. We'll have more on this soon.
