This idea came from GG's indy moments thread, hopefully minus the bullshit of some fucking morons on this board.
So here goes
5: Outside-Of-CT promotions to run shows in CT
4: More NY, PA and NJ talent to work CT.
3: PGW to run further north so I don't have to make a trek out of the way to see something that I'm not sure is worth my time.
2: Another CHIKARA show
1: Another quality CT indy to start running again (along the lines of MXW and CTKOW, those quality shows) |

I agree as well with all of those, especially number three. Fairfield is a haul for me, but its worth it.
I don't think any of us will be bored here in CT. Some who can afford, and/or desire to, will travel out of state a lot, and for the rest of us there will be plenty of shows here, including I'm sure some "surprises". |
12-5 PGW
12-6 NEW
12-13 ECCW or NECW maybe?
12-29 Uconn Hockey vs Air Force
1-3-09 GHTBL Awards dinner. Bolton, CT.
1-10 FRW womens doubleheader show (tbd)
1-11/12 JACK IS BACK season seven.
1-16-09 EWA Palmer
1-31 Big Shot Mohegan Sun

Quit whining, all of you mid-state/upstate people. Those of us who live in southwestern CT *ALWAYS* have to drive at least an hour to see ANYthing except for PGW. Excuse us for having one local indy. By all means, let's export it upstate so your lives can be made easier. |

1. Shawn O at an ACW show 2. Grey Ghost at a Top Rope show 3. Rick Fuller's return to Top Rope instead of being childishly blackballed . 4. Kaz learning to lighten up 5. Monster Jam continue to keep everyone guessing at his true identity . |

My replies to you sir..hehe
1. Tho Im not crazy bout it down there, it makes sense, w the radio tie in and a lot of the "office" living down that way
2. Dont hold your breath. unless KOW comes back. NEW has shown no inclination to book him, plus hes likely costly, so who else could?
3. Some of those guys do already, and others are working a bit more outside of the "Standard CT promotions"
4. I honestly think we have enough as a rule, cept for a traveling promotion once in a while
5. NOOOOO..the run once a year, so its kinda pointless.
All are just my opinions, and are subject to you guys hating them or loving them |

i think it would be cool for next year to base wrestlejam on a tournoment for the wrestlejam championship. then after that every mainevent will be for the championship. i think it would give WJ that little extra kick. |

#1 - For CT people to stop whining about how bad they have it. Except for when FRW(the only NH fed) runs here in Rochester, I have to drive a minimum of 90 minutes to see a show. Usually, it's more like 2 hours+. Stop whining and be happy for what you have.
#2 - For Chikara to run somewhere in New England besides CT. They could easily run CT & MA in the same weekend.
#3 - For FRW to continue with their trend of amazing shows AND to get more people to come to them. Seriously, people have no idea what they are missing with this fed.
#4 - For somebody to run decent shows in MA besides NECW. Variety is good. |
Answer to #3: We're gonna try like hell. Able bodied hands like Christian Angers, Shane Sharpe, Johnny Vegas and the whole base crew make it a lot easier. Our best turnout this year was the last Claremont show.
Anser to #4: I think there are some pretty good shows in Mass. In addition...we poked our head across the border last year, and hopefully we can continue to do so this year.
