Then don't answer it. It probably means which is a better overall promotion in the voters eyes, for quality, etc. which do they enjoy more.
You wouldnt say anything to cause any issues anyways, so don't vote.
I voted for PGW btw if anyone cares, tho Im not sure why anyone should care anyways about the poll |
12-5 PGW
12-6 NEW
12-13 ECCW or NECW maybe?
12-29 Uconn Hockey vs Air Force
1-3-09 GHTBL Awards dinner. Bolton, CT.
1-10 FRW womens doubleheader show (tbd)
1-11/12 JACK IS BACK season seven.
1-16-09 EWA Palmer
1-31 Big Shot Mohegan Sun

i have to agree with holly . i mean yea there two different products theres gonna be people that just like the hardcore type stuff which would vote dpw. and there would be people that like the more faily type show which would vote pgw. If you go by the amounts of shows run youd have to go dpw. |

It's like comparing apples and oranges. Right now it looks like 50/50. OH man, I could be the tie breaker but I'm NOT going to do it. |

It'll end well if you don't act like an annoying PGW shill.
I didn't vote but I would go with PGW. Overall I say they have the edge. I mean DPW runs more shows which is a plus. The talent roster is similar. Some of the best parts of both rosters work both shows. I lean towards PGW because I like seeing Tookie, Bryce, and the younger guys.
If you are looking for a promotion to follow avidly I would go with DPW. I mean they run twice a month. PGW had been running about once every 2 months lately. That is a big difference.
In closing I am going to vote PGW. While DPW is good I've been watching them for a long time. I don't go to DPW shows anymore. Nothing against the promotion, maybe it's Waterbury. I'm just not into their style these days. I feel like a grumpy old hag being biased because of swearing. |

Am I wrong or does DPW have a TV taping this Saturday?
I don't see any mention of it on the hammer, I could be wrong though. |

It's Sunday, usually they open doors at 4:30. I haven't seen any mention of it either, though I could have missed it. |

For some reason, I can see this thread becoming 17 pages long in the very near future. |

DPW = creative indy wrestling. it's not clean cut. it's gritty ass wrestling. some people like it. some don't. violence and high risks reign supreme. they appeal to the smarky internet crowd.
PGW = creative indy wrestling. it's family wrestling. its smarky also. they most importantly appeal to the casual family and secondly they try to appeal to the smarky internet crowd.
if I had to invest in stock of either one I would pick PGW. for obvious reasons that it appeals to more people. |
