I know that we are all wrestling fans on here and attend many wrestling events each year. I was wondering what, if anything, people collect.

There was a time when I would buy anything wrestling that I could find. I loved going to yard sales and flea markets and I amassed quite the collection.

Books, magazines, figures, tapes, DVD's, or whatever. It didn't matter what it was, if it was wrestling and I didn't already own it....I bought it.

Over the last few years that has changed drastically...I've sold off or thrown out a lot...kept what was most important.

Now I only buy select few action figures, DVD's and Books.

The main items I collect now are the photo's I take of the shows I go to and autographs. Usually though, autographs of me with the person, or autographed trading cards.

I never buy them off dealers or ebay...I either get them signed in person or mail them to the person with a S.A.S.E. and a hand written letter. You'd be surprised what you get in return sometimes. For instance I sent Taka Michinoku a couple WWF cards to his Dojo in Japan...2 weeks later I got my cards back signed, plus he included 2 recent cards of himself that he signed.

My favorite cards to get signed are the 1988 NWA Wonderama set..recently the promoter for Southern Wrestling Federation in Tennessee got Chris Champion to sign a couple cards for me.

Some people are harder to find than others...currently I'm trying to find Misty Blue Simmes, Linda Dallas, Kat LaRoux, Leilani Kai, Velvet Mcintyre and a few others.

I'm curious what others really like to collect.

I collect wrestling tshirts, event posters and tickets. I dont buy DVD's, so, i usually try and get a tshirt from each promotion I go to, or, get a event poster. I also try and hold onto tickets. Im not big on buying gimmicks, so, i usually just spend my money on the ticket.

I also save my ticket stubs, quite a few shows I've been to don't even issue tickets unless you buy them in advance.

I collect old wrestling posters and programs. I am also looking for the a Farmer Burns wrestling manual.

I have a HUGE collection of figures, including all LJNs except for the final series, every hasbro, and every Jakks classic series including all of the exclusives including Bobby Heenan in the Weasel suit.

I also have a large selection of indy wrestling T-Shirts all of a sudden.

I have a large build and most indy wrestling t-shirts aren't made to suit my size, or I would have a lot of them.

I got rid of most of my figures because all I did with them was put them in a container..except I do have every LJN figure, including the 89 series and the G.I.Joe exclusive Sgt. Slaughter that was made by Hasbro from and LJN mold. You had to mail away Flag Points to get that bad boy, and I have my original.

I know a wrestler who used to buy the old LJN and other wrestling figures at flea markets and such for about 20 cents a piece. He'd go down the the hobby store and paint them up with model car paints and sell them on various online auctions and through line ads in newspapers as "limited edition" or "championship series" action figures at $25 to $45 a pop.

Me...I collect memories. They have no resale value and with as much as I get hit in the head, I tend to either lose them or their not in mint condition anymore...but I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Well...For an official ROH banned Steve "the Turtle" Wiener T-shirt maybe.

I have an APA t-shirt autographed by Ron Simmons, JBL, Ivory and Terri Runnells from Kuwait back in 2003. You just don't know what seeing Terri and Ivory live in person does to a man who's been in Middle East hell for almost a year, especially when Terri stripped down to a one-piece. Ooh child!

Actually, I wasn't even counting that one.

So to be correct, I now have two ring worn masks. Although one of them is actually a bondage mask of sorts.

As for where you wore it, It's not too hard to figure out considering the company you keep.

What exactly do you mean by that? I wore it to my kid's baseball games. Your a pervert, Nox. Although I must admit...I usually have the bleachers to myself.

I was actually thinking one of your daughters dance recitals. Doc Heresy would have been there wearing his surgical get up, and Flesh would have been present on a leash.
