Showcase for Gold was held Friday, March 21st, 2008 at Knight of Columbus, 304 Highland Avenue in South Attleboro, MA.

This marked the 1 year Anniversary for Showcase Pro Wrestling. History was be made as we crowned our 1st Heavyweight Champion. The champion was decided by an Open Invitation Gauntlet Match.

Referees: Zac C, and Matt C.
Announcer: JC MArxxxxx

Kreeper defeated Vain

“Heart Attack” Tommy Mack was pinned by “The Talent” TJ Ritcher

“Boston Bad Boy” Jason Rumble and "Narcisstic" Nicholas Night went to a 15 minute draw.

Max Bauer defeated “The Duke of Elegance” Don Chesterfield

Brian Milonas and Rick Fuller ended in a double DQ. A $500 fine and removal from the Gauntlet for Gold due to abusing Showcase Officials and continuing the brawl after the match ended.

The Gauntlet included the following wrestlers for the 1St Heavyweight Champion.

Over 30 minutes into the gauntlet "Narcisstic" Nicholas Night was declared the winner and crowned the 1st Showcase Heavyweight Champion. Nicholas Night is a 9 year veteran, former title reign included 3-time NWA New England light heavyweight Champion and a former SCCW Coastal Champion.

If you want to learn and train to become a pro wrestling,$750 investment plus $30 per month.

Price for trained wrestler $8 per visits session $30 per monthly unlimited and privately rent out center for the night $59.

Hours Monday through Thursday 6:29 - 9:59 – except when rented out privately.

Thats going to hit heavy in the pockets for those 2 men. I expect to see them doing quad-shots every weekend for 2 months to replay this debt.

Congrats to SPW for the tremendous turnout . Standing room only (even Nefatali would have to admit this , if I'm right I think he was there) . The straight up matches were pretty strong . Unbelievable pops for Jamie Starr , Candyman and the the guy dressed like a homeless guy . Don't think there was anybody in the building who couldn't see the winner coming from a mile away . Just two quick complaints , Ballin either buy smaller shorts or tie them tighter cuz nobody wants to see your ass hanging out all match . And please get a new microphone , JC I hope you have your voice back by now .
