It takes all of about 30 seconds to be setup and running and then you don't have to do anything at all..

I've been a Last.FM user for quite some time now. It's a pretty neat little thing, and it's free. If you're looking for new music, it's a great way to find new bands. It takes recommendations from other users and builds a playlist based on the bands you listen to. So if you don't like country, and you have no country albums in your playlist, you won't hear country on your radio station.

Sometimes they get a little off course, but it's easy enough to skip/ban certain tracks.

The widget is really inobtrusive, too. It installs into your media player of choice and keeps track of your listening habits automatically. Really cool stuff.
