Well. here on the hammer, t here are a few of us, that are, shall we say, a bit "puffy" or overweight or just fat like poor Double G. You got Holly who works out and diets, good for her, but does it wrong. Me, I do nothing. Others on here, could stand to lose weight too.
Anyways, what advice did I find? What solution is there? Its not Mav Wilds advice on dieting, its not the Simon System, not the Dick Seamans wreslting to the moldies diet or push away plan, its not a 1200 calorie diet, or the Seefood Diet, or even the all water and banana and musrhoom diet, w veal and lamb once a week. Watch this video and all of our problems will be solved. I have found the answer

I never called you fat Toots. Im sorry. Some of us need to lose weight, and the Blow away diet seems to be the answer.

Never did I call her fat. I just said some on here, esp me, need to drop some poundage. You sir, are a troublemaker.
If anyone tries the diet, let me know how it works.

He was definitely way out of shape by the time he hit the AWA, but he could still work(not as well as Adonis, but anyway). His work with Piper up in Portland was awesome.
