TNA Superstar Matt Morgan Comes Home

On Sunday, May 18, 2008, TNA will be holding a house show at the Chevrolet Theater in Wallingford, CT with a bell time of 7:30 pm. Appearing on the card will be none other than Connecticut’s own TNA Superstar, Matt Morgan. Matt, from Fairfield resident, and is looking forward to wrestling in his home state for the first time in several years. Also, Matt will be debuting on American Gladiators as one of the Gladiators for Season 2 on NBC.

Before the TNA show, Matt is going to make a special appearance at Crazy Joe's in Naugatuck, CT to meet all of his fans and sign autographs from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm. Joe's is located at 686 Rubber Ave in Naugatuck, CT. There will be items given away throughout the signing including several autographed 8x10 photos.

I can't imagin how they will set up the theater for wrestling. It is a tremendous concert venue and Dave Padula and I have seen The Doors of the 21st Century and Dream Theater there.

With fixed seats and a stage, however, I wonder how the set-up will be.

I heard the ring is being set up on the stage and there will be chairs set up around the ring on the stage. I looked at the seating chart and it shows chairs on the stage and the ring on the floor

We all had the same thinking....but once we saw everything set up, we all looked at each other and said, "Wow, they made it work!".

They had seats on the stage facing out towards the crowd. The seats in front of the stage were removed, and chairs were set up around the ring on 3 sides on the floor. The ring was set up on a staging about 1-2 feet high or so. They said they would be back...even hinted bringing a PPV there.
