I cant blame Mike tho, Its strict business, and it seems he gave people some good leeway, and now, thats that. I hope he gets a lot of the money owed to him. He prob wont collect all of it, but hopefully most.

No sir, I did not go to school with Paul.

In regards to naming names in a public forum, according to my attorney, of which I don't think you are, it really is no different than Public Notices in the newspaper. These techniques have been used for many years to locate people who owe a company money, divorces, foreclosures, public auctions, etc...It is simply using another medium that people use in addition to things like newspaper classifieds.

If you do not agree with the tactic that is certainly your right. Just as it is mine to use any legal means necessary to collect the many debts that are contractually owed.

Sorry to bother any of you guys with this.

What? How do I come out a villain here? Ive been hoping Mike gets as much of his money as I can. It was Dave who laughed that the names would be posted, and I just was wondering why he laughed.

And Yeah, if people owed me money, esp now, Id want it back at almost "any and all costs"

Also, a lesson that has been learned. Trying to be nice sometimes gets your ass kicked as you walk Away. Mike M, and myself lately are learning that....

Sorry I,m not a lawyer but I got to ask did your attorney suggest using myspace bulletins as a effective tool. Maybe this is a way to get some publicity for DPW or a pity part with your myspace friends.

Well given the community here has some reach, if these names are people in the wrestling community, publicly posting the names will help anyone who may have dealings with the people in the future. Just watch for libel in whatever you write as if you are taking people to court over this in the future, you do not want to give them anything to work with in counter suing to get out of paying up.

Sucks the Proven Grounds had to be sold. Hope you can recover most of the lost money and try to restart DPW.



For people complaining, is this really that much different than posting about a booker who does not pay, or wrestlers who will hold up a show for more cash?
