Odd that they mention the parking is safe and free. I wouldn't think Lewiston would have problem with finding free parking or would I think it would be unsafe. I mean if the show was in Dorchester, MA I could see mentioning this but not Lewiston.

Also the advance tickets for students/seniors/military are the same price as advance tickets for everybody else.

I don't want to slam any wrestling promotion because I love good independent wrestling, but this place really has a bad history.

Is this another event that is going to be canceled or are you going to finally run a show? Did your sponsors money all come in, because you said you would never run a show on any of your own money?

I did see where at the bottom of your poster in really, really small letters that "ONE WARRIOR NATION" is not based on any WWE/WCW Character. Then what is it based on? I saw him in WWA and all of his 8 x 10s were of the original warrior. Fans asked him if he was the real one and he said yes.

Finally, you are really selling tickets at one your sponsors, an adult boutique? Are you serious?

The sad part about this is I'm sure there will be a good number of people that go to this show because they think they are actually seeing the original Ultimate Warrior.

It says "Not Affiliated" with, which means hes not connected w the WWE/WCW character, in other words MR Hellwig has no connection w this clown. Its semantics, but its different than saying "not based on".

To promote a guy as "The Living Legend and Icon -Warrior" is bush league.

And to say that someone is a dope if they get fooled by the presentation is ignorant. A kid could see this poster and easily think that this is legit, only to go to the show and find out that the guy is a fraud.

It's "workers" like that and promotions that book him that kill towns for other legit promoters.

I believe the inset picture(image of warrior inside the world) on the poster is of the real Ultimate Warrior. This guy also sells promo pictures of the real Ultimate Warrior. I also believe that the real Warrior has a lawsuit out on this guy, so I'll say it again, this is carny, bush league promoting.

Just for that I'm going to bring my 2.5 year old to a show you go to and encourage him to run around screaming. Perhaps I can get him to throw down a notebook and pen at the finish of a match. I could probably get him to do it at the finish of every match for that matter.

Haha. I don't do all that much, if at all, anymore. IF I do it, it's generally to get a laugh out of friends who may be at the show.

And no, many kids Ive seen a shows don't "run around screaming", etc. But, last week there was one who kept yelling YOU SUCK and nothing else, he was like 7. It was very loud and VERY annoying. Its no different than an adult fan, but when its CONSTANT it stops being "cute" or funny.

Oddly tho ML, my niece and nephew have NINE little ones between em. tho some arent little. Havent seen im a while, and won't, but last time I did, they all like me..weird..

I usually vent my anger towards the parents in that case...the ones who are either right there laughing about the kids rotten behavior, or the ones who drop off an 11 year old thinking pro wrestling matches are the equivalent of a daycare facility.

In all seriousness, I would never bring my son to wrestling at that age....although I have educated him on how to wooo like ric flair and to enjoy AWA Wrestling on ESPN classic, he's many a year away from a live event.

I get pissed at parents who bring their child out to resturaunts that are not kid friendly late in the evening. A 2 year old isn't going to sit, be quiet and good at olive garden at 9pm.

Or like when I went and saw Iron Man....some couple actually had a newborn in the theater.

Last time he announced it wasn't a done deal with them since they were booked all the way up through September.

Well the Lewiston/Auburn area kinda has a reputation of being "The Asshole of Maine" and being crime-riddled and unsafe...

Of course this is in Maine, full of old white people who are scared by everything on the news so it's a matter of perspective really.

But about the O.W.N. thing, I understand sometimes you have to have some kind of "name" to get people in the door but I'm disappointed that it was this tool.

Keep in mind that's Massachusetts. The bar for being unsafe and full of crime is MUCH higher than in Maine.
