Only if a "Happy Hollow" is a hole in a wall you stick your penis through in order to get sexual favors from a complete stranger. If it is...it sounds like the old timey 1800's version of a glory hole.

It clearly was a glory hole reference due to the dramatic pause at the end of the line.
