I read these threads a lot and I see sooooo many people hating on TNA. And I just want to know why? I'll tell you what it's alot more entertaining in my opinion than the product WWE puts out on a week to week basis and it nearly triples that for a PPV.

I just don't see all the reasons many of you do to hate on TNA so much. Other than it's not WWE and it's not an indy. I'd think alot of you who I see talking about this spot fest or that spot fest in the indys would enjoy parts of TNA and those who like a bit of comedy here and there would enjoy it.

So I'm just trying to see if their are legit reasons for everyone to dislike it.

It's not perfect, I still have a hard time adjusting to the six sided ring (which by the way is tiny in person.) and I hate DW and Tenay. Especially since if you've ever been to a live show you can HEAR DW while you're in the crowd.

Aside from a few angles here in there in WWE I'd take it over it 99 times over 100. I mean there are world title matches on Sunday featuring: Kane, Mark Henry, The Miz, Brian Kendrick and MVP. Can that really compare to AJ, Kurt, Joe, Booker and Christian?

I just find them dull because they don't even TRY to compete with WWE. They just seem to copy them and WCW. It's very reminiscent of WCW when Russo took over the writing.

Same great taste, less syllables!

I used to watch TNA all the time. Now, I rarely do, I watched 24-7 over it the other night. It seems the writing is just really bad at times. I hear the house shows are much better though, and I'll prob check out TNA again soon, to see how they are now on tv.

Competing w WWE. well, I think the best thing would be for them to just put out their own, strong product. For some reason, they love Russo. Just because one has 'experience" doing something, doesn't mean there isn't someone better, thats for sure. The really need to move on, without him, if they can.

3 out of 5 you mention are former WWE guys who were stale in WWE. While I agree Christian and Kurt are good I haven't cared for Booker in like 5 years. TNA has the dumbest storylines and everytime I watch I get annoyed by the stupid Kevin Nash. The acting is bad too, I was watching something with Lethal and Dutt in a backstage brawl and after they went through the wall you could see them laughing on camera. I agree with rumors rule the Wednesday ppvs were awesome and you never knew who was gonna show up next or what was gonna happen next

I did too. Killed my cable bill in college.

But two people mentioned Russo and I really think that people are just misinformed about all that. You see something bad and blame Russo. Someone pointed out he's far down on the creative totem poll.

As for Volture... Ok that's great Booker is bland(in your opinion) and whatever but he's not better than Mark Henry? The Miz? MVP? He can sure as hell cut a better promo than those guys and his in ring work while miles away from his time in WCW and feuds with Benoit etc. is still not half bad.

But keep it coming I'm really interested to see the responses.

well, their writing sucks, their booking sucks, their announce team sucks, their tv show sucks, their music sucks, their talent is ok, but with all that other stuff being so shitty, it makes them suck, too. and now that they have foley, they'll ruin his legacy by first giving him the tna title in his first 2 months with the company, then the next month he'll lose it to jeff jarrett, then jeff jarrett will hold the title for 2 years, and in the 2 years, angle, joe, christian, sting, abyss, foley, booker, nick patrick, shannon moore, jay lethal, hacksaw jim duggan, homicide, roxxi leveau, and the ultimate warrior will all get shots at the title. why? because tna sucks.

I've spoke about Mark Henry enough, Miz sucks but is getting better and MVP is awesome.

I too enjoyed the weekly ppv era.

Here are my reasons for not liking TNA.

1) New former WWE talent every few months
2) We are competition, how are you competition when no one knows who you are except a few hardcore wrestling fans
3) the creative team of Jeff Jarrett, Dutch Mantell and Vince Russo
4) they always have an excuse why they don't do so well
5) they just don't scream to me to watch TNA, they don't make their product entertaining.
6) their commentators are yelling and putting over every single move and statement and also talking over the talent that are speaking in the ring and putting their two cents in
7) cross the line ???? everyone has used that catch phrase but what line does TNA actually cross?
8) they feel as they are the neglected brother and try to scream out loud, look at me, look at me we're like WWE but we're better we got stars like: Sting, Kevin Nash, Christian Cage, Kurt Angle, Booker T oh wait a minute we are WWE.

Christian was NEVER stale in the WWE. Just as Christian was starting to become more popular than Edge while he was on RAW, WWE went and put Christian back on Smackdown and depushed him! The man was on the rise. The fans were backing him and WWE didn't like that. I don't think they expected him to get over the way he did. This is partly why Christian went to TNA. The WWE shafted him. He got over and then got shit on. Good job WWE!

Yes I mark for Christian.

when he was on Raw they put him with Tomko as his problem solver and did the stupid love triangle feud with him, Trish and Y2J. Other than that and John Cena's battle rap with him at Rumble 05 I don't remember him getting over at all but I may have blocked it out

I think TNA has a lot to offer, but they underutilize their top talent IMHO. I LOVE the Motor City Machine Gunns. My fav tag team. So fluent and they are to steal the Hardy Boy's phrase, poetry in motion. I really like AJ Styles and Kurt Angle is still one of the best in the business. Christian is great heel or face. Their women's division is far superior to WWE's. I just think overall it's a misuse of talent in general and some bad writing. Nowhere near as good as it was when I started watching I believe - the end of 2004. Those matches with AJ, Samoa Joe and Christopher Daniels and the iron man matches between AJ and Daniels? Those were the days!

WTF? WHy don't you keep your comments to yourselves. CC asked for our opinions, and that is mine. I don't care/didn't know what others have said. Instead of ragging on other people's thoughts, why don't you post, your own, oh so original I'm sure, thoughts on the matter when you get done criticizing every one else's.
