An updated news report on WTVD has more details on the arrest of Ashley Fliehr, Ric's 22-year-old daughter.

The station reported that Chapel Hill police were called for help when they heard a commotion in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Saturday night, not Friday as was first reported. Actually the story lists the arrest as Friday but then says the incident was Saturday, so one of those dates is wrong. The police public information officer had left for the day when trying to get clarification on the incident.

The police report said Flair, his daughter and a third person, a 22-year-old man were in a fight which left Ric bloodied and bruised up. Flair refused to file charges.

Police say a taser gun was used on Ashley Fliehr, who is charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Ashley Fliehr wouldn't comment, saying it was a family matter that has been resolved.

Yeah and do you consider him to be an active indy wrestler??

I don't think he fits into that catagory exactly.

Your reasoning sucks. Also, you joined up on this board two months ago and all of a sudden, you want to call the shots? Find something more important to whine about.

So I guess when former or current wwe/tna guys work a indy show we cant list it in this section? Flair isnt TNA ROH or WWE.... this would be lost in No Holds Barred... this isnt a huge deal.

Double Double Shots to finish 2008!

12/6 - NEW in Waterbury, CT
12/13 - JAPW in Rahway, NJ

First, change your freaking tampon.

Second, I didn't call any shot.

Third, I am sorry. I didn't realize that you had the emotional control of a pubecent girl getting her period.

Fourth, only YOU have made a big deal about this.

Fifth, or 5 if you can count that high, get over it. Jerk.

If it's not that big of a deal, then why do you persist in attempting to counter, and I must add it's being done very poorly, my legit points?

He don't fit into any other category. He isn't employed by WWE, TNA, or ROH. He takes booking at indy shows now so he would belong in the indy section.

I know how to resolve this. An entire new section entitled "Be fair to Flair" concerning all things Ric Flair.

fa·ce·tious

1. not meant to be taken seriously or literally: a facetious remark.
2. amusing; humorous.
3. lacking serious intent; concerned with something nonessential, amusing, or frivolous: a facetious person.

I changed the color to violet because sarcasm already has blue.
